b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and promptly notify the Coaching Center of any changes to your personal information.

2. Payment and Fees:

a. Tuition fees and any associated costs are due according to the terms specified in your enrollment agreement.

b. Payment plans, if available, should be adhered to as outlined in your enrollment agreement.

c. The Coaching Center reserves the right to change fees or payment structures, with notice to enrolled students.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

a. Cancellation and refund policies are as per the Coaching Center’s Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy for specific details.

4. Conduct and Behavior:

a. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times, both in interactions with Coaching Center staff and fellow students.

b. Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program without a refund.

5. Academic Integrity:

a. Plagiarism or cheating in any form is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in academic penalties, including failing grades.

6. Intellectual Property:

a. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the Coaching Center. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express permission.

7. Confidentiality:

a. Students are expected to respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the Coaching Center or fellow students.

8. Technology and Resources:

a. Access to necessary technology, including hardware and software, is the responsibility of the student. The Coaching Center will provide guidelines and requirements for such technology.

9. Termination:

a. The Coaching Center reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student due to violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior, at its sole discretion.

10. Privacy:

a. The Coaching Center’s privacy policy outlines how your personal information is collected, stored, and used. By enrolling, you consent to this policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. The Coaching Center may revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

By enrolling in Gravigo Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action or termination of your enrollment.
