Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be applicable under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation of Enrollment: If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the start date of the course, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the terms and conditions of your enrollment agreement.

b. Unsatisfactory Services: If you are dissatisfied with our coaching services, please contact our administration within 7 days of attending your first session. We will assess your situation and determine if a refund is appropriate.

c. Institute will cancel the admission of a candidate if the due installment is not cleared after 15 days of the deadline

d. No fee will be refunded, if we shift the learning mode of the course to online because of any unforeseen circumstances

e. In case, admission of the student is canceled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the Institute, No Refund of fees is permissible

f. In any other case that is not covered in these rules, the decision would be taken by the Management

2. Request Process:

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

b. Provide Details: Clearly state your reason for the refund request and provide any supporting documentation, if applicable.

c. Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Additional information or verification may be required.

3. Refund Amount:

The refund amount, if approved, will be determined based on the specific circumstances of your request. It may include a full or partial refund of the tuition fee.

4. Payment Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same method used for the original payment. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain fees or expenses associated with the enrollment, such as registration fees, and material costs, may be non-refundable. Please refer to your enrollment agreement for specific details.

6. Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to enrolled students.
